The Testament and Inventory of David Burgar died 1668

The reference to this Will is:  Orkney and Shetland Commissary Court - CC17/2/10- at the Scottish Record Office.⁵²

This Will is hard to read for a layman since not only is the script difficult but it is a legal document with abbreviations. Further it has a lot of Scottish terms that are not easily understood.  Thus the transcription that has been given is a first attempt and needs improving.
